Hen Workshop

Learn sizzling new moves for music videos, songs or films of your choice.  Our Hen workshop is a personalised class that keeps you in control; select your tracks in advance and an instructor will choreograph a unique routine especially for your hen party.

An instructor will work with you closely in the preparation stage, making the process as relaxing and as fun as possible whilst adding a twist to the traditional Hen Party activities!

On the day prepare for an energising warm up and once limbered up the whole group will learn individual moves that piece together into a routine that not only looks but makes you feel great.

You can choose any style or theme for your workshop whether you are planning your own or if you are planning a friend or a family members day, get in touch with us and we will work around your every need.

Prices start at £100 for a 2 hour session (Up to 20 people).
